You can either make payment by bank transfer or credit card. Our account details are in "Proforma Invoice" as attached if you wish to make payment by bank transfer/telegraphic transfer (ALL TRANSACTION CHARGES TO BE BORNE BY CLIENT, WHICH WE WILL RECEIVED THE EXACT TOTAL AMOUNT STATED IN OUR PROFORMA INVOICE). A notice by fax to us of the payment slip is recommended for our account reference.
For payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), please find the attached "Authorisation Form". Once you have completed the form please kindly fax to us for our reference as well as for us to get the approval code from the credit card centre. Note that there will be a surcharge of 2.1% on top of the total amount (Less than RM10,000) and 3.1% (RM10,000 and above) . We will provide you with a detailed and confirmed itinerary once payment has been received.

Step 6. Terms & Condition

Once Inno Travel & Tour Services Sdn Bhd accept your booking by confirmation thereof, a contract is made between Inno Travel & Tour services Sdn Bhd and you upon the terms and conditions set below.
Terms and Condition
1.RESERVATION
On receipt of your deposit, subject to availability and at our discretion, Inno Travel & Tour Services Sdn Bhd will reserve your place on your selected holiday. A contract is only made between you and us upon your booking being confirmed and accepted by us and our communication thereof to either you or your travel agent.
2.HOLIDAY CHANGE AND/OR CANCELLATION/ OR REDUCTION
2.1 Inno Travel & Tour services Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
2.2 If after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to change to alternate dates or you wish to change to different tour / tour package, you may do so subject to availability of tour / tour package.
2.3 Should change or cancellation prove necessary, we will inform you in advance, and where available, offer you a comparable alternative.
2.4 If an alternative is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid by you to us.
2.5 Neither Inno Travel & Tour Services Sdn Bhd nor the Supplier shall be liable for damages of any kind arising out of changes to the rates, route, timetable, itinerary in respect of the tours due to unforseen circumstances.
2.6 If you cancel the tours . Tour package, you are required to inform us in writing and cancellation as oer table below applies.
2.7 Your deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation by you.
2.8 Upon cancellation you will be liable to a fee to cover the estimate cost and expenses incurred by us in terms of the schedule set out hereunder. This is expressed as a percentage of the holiday price and is calculated as follows:

REDUCTION POLICY : Any reduction of rooms or room nights after group has been guaranteed will be charged at full length of stay.

3 SINGLE TOUR PRICE
Single tour price apply when a person is traveling alone, by choice or circumstances. Single tour fare is based on a MINIMUM of 2 person.
4 ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN AND INFANTS
Child price is based on a child age 2 and above but below 12 years as third person in twin or double room of two adults without any extra beds. There is no charge for infants but arrangements for baby cot and food will have to be made and paid by passangers on arrival at the respective hotels. advance notice must be made when there is infants travelling with adults.
5 PAYMENT
5.1 Full Pre-Payment is required 21 days before actual date of services.
5.2 Payment made by Bank Draft(s), to be sent by express courier & a Copy is to be faxed to us.
5.3 All Bank Charges for Telegraphic Transfers (TT) / Bank Draft(s) is to be borne by sender. We reserve the right to demand for reimbursement when charged by our bank of clearance.
5.4 All pre payment by Telegraphic Transfers are to be made to the following account number -

6 GENERAL
6.1 Inno Travel & Tour Services Sdn Bhd must be advised of any medical conditions or physical 
6.2 It is the tour members responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports, visas as well as any necessary vaccinations and to comply with all applicable laws.
6.3 Illness or absenteeism - In the event of your withdrawal from a tour / holiday after the commencement due to illness or absenteeism, there will be no refund.
6.4 Child rate: 75% from adult tour rate.
6.5 Rates are 10% commissionable to agent.
6.6 Rates are not valid for any incentive/convention and special interest.
6.7 Every effort is made to ensure brochure accuracy at time of going to print, however Inno Travel & Tour Services Sdn Bhd cannot be held responsible for printing and typographical errors, or errors arising from unforseen circumstances.
6.8 The Company (Inno Travel & Tour Services Sdn Bhd ) acts only as agent for hotels, bus companies, railway and ferry companies, or other services, and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the Company are issued to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, ransportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, companies, or owner or contracts, and by the acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts the tour members agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that neither The Company nor parent, subsidiary or affiliate company shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise whether due to its or their negligence or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services or resulting, directly or indirectly, from acts of God, riots, political unrst, war or threat of war, civil disturbances, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risks, adverse weather  conditions or other similar events beyond Inno Travel & Tour Services Sdn Bhd control.
